Excon 2019 held at BIEC Bangalore, Karnataka, India is 10th edition of the construction equipment exhibition. We have installed and displayed Speco asphalt mixing plant tower at Excon 2019, India. It is biggest exhibition held in South East Asia. Excon organized by CII (Confederation of Indian Industry) is held from 10-14 December 2019. Atlas Technologies Pvt. Ltd. in partnership with Speco, Korea is participating in the same.

Speco Asphalt Mixing Plant Installed at Excon 2019
We have installed Speco Asphalt mix plant at Excon 2019 event. Speco is a Korean brand and world leader in asphalt batch mixing plants. Speco has more than 2500 installations around the world. There are 137 Speco asphalt batch mix plants installed and working in India. As a world-renowned manufacturer of asphalt mixing plants Speco has always focused on quality.

The existing Speco tower installed at Excon 2019, is model BM 2000 which is with rated capacity 180 tph at 3% aggregate moisture content. With 4% moisture content this is rated at 160 tph. The heavy design of Speco and reliable design has already proven its worth in Indian market with close to 150 installations. As a well-known name in India and world Speco is known as a brand which is known for producing reliable and durable equipment.

Atlas Technologies 80-100 tph asphalt mixing plant tower at display
Atlas make 80-100 tph asphalt mixing plant tower unit is at display. This is the first time we are getting our new design eco series model 80-100 tph model on display here. Last year we had displayed tower unit of our ABP 160 plant – it is rated at 160 tph.
This year we want to showcase our 80-100 tph Eco Mix design to customers at Excon. There are a lot of road projects going on. Customers are selecting batch type asphalt mixing plants. There are many customers who want to convert. They are reluctant to spend more money because the job size is small. Atlas EM series (EcoMix) plant is for those customers. It is quiet economical design with all the features and accuracy of the bigger models.

Atlas 30 cbm / hr. mobile concrete plant
Our mobile version of 30 cbm / hr. concrete batch plant is display here. This is one of the most compact and mobile design available in the market today. It is very useful for short as well as long distance travelling. It is possible to erect and run the machine in few days. The king pin system allows quick movement of the machine by a prime mover. Asphalt Plant is with twin shalt mixer and fordable control cabin. The compact design allows to move freely.
