We have stationary batching plant and asphalt mix plant in capacities ranging from 80 tph to 260 tph. Some of the highlight of this product. Stationary Asphalt Plant is a modular and containerized design. The bag filter is designed to work with higher aggregate moisture content. Twin shaft mixer is planetary gear boxes on each shaft for better torque absorption.

Mobile asphalt batching plant:
Atlas mobile asphalt plant comes with few unmatched features. Mobile batching plant can be installed and made to run in 48 hours. It is a truly mobile plant that can be installed using only 1 small hydra crane. It comes with skid plates so that civil foundation not required at the site. We are manufacture the same in capacities 80 tph to 160 tph.

Stationary asphalt drum mix plant:
Stationary drum mix plant by Atlas comes in capacities 20 tph to 150 tph. Our Asphalt drum mix plants are exported with PLC control panel and SS coated drying and mixing drum. This drum is insulated by cera wool which can resist heat up to 1206 Degree Celsius. All these are strong advantages of our product.

Atlas mobile asphalt drum mixer is ideal for customers looking for a portable machine to shift sites. Small to big Asphalt drum mixers are available for sale in capacities 20 tph to 150 tph. It is physical size and same compared to a stationary machine. There is absolutely no drop in production or performance of the equipment. All the chassis are with king pin and pneumatic braking system.

Stationary concrete batch plant is ideal for customers who want to product huge volumes of concrete at a single place. Atlas manufactures of concrete batching plant the same in capacities 30 m3/hr. to 200 m3/hr. The heavy structure of the machine and accurate weighing system makes this machine ideal choice. Control panel is PLC type with touch screen that will help use the machine easily.

Bitumen drum decanters:
Bitumen decanters are for melting of bitumen that comes in barrels. It uses thermic heater to produce hot gas. This hot gas will heat the chamber and melt bitumen. This is very safe method to melt bitumen. It is also economical. Even the properties of bitumen will not change due to reheating. We are manufacture of bitumen drum decanters in capacities 4 tph, 6 tph, 8 tph and 10 tph.

Bitumen pressure distributor:
Bitumen pressure distributors are for uniformly spraying of bitumen on the road surface. Various tank capacities ranging from 4 tons to 12 tons are available. It is possible to mount the bitumen pressure distributor on any new or old truck.The spray bar size can also be customized as required.

Mini bitumen sprayer:
Mini bitumen sprayer is for spraying bitumen on the road sides by use of a hand spray nozzle. Small tar sprayers is towable vehicle and very easy to use. The capacity available is 3 tons. This machine is also ideal for places where it is not possible to take the bitumen sprayer easily.

Road sweeping machines:
We are manufacture of Road mechanical broom and hydraulic road sweeper. Road Sweeping Machines can be used by any towing vehicle. Hydraulic broom requires a tractor PTO connection. Both the machines are easy to use and low maintenance. They can be used very effectively for road sweeping.
