Pneumatic braking and axles with wheel hubs are provided. Counterflow type is also manufactured and exported by Atlas. Batch Type – Portable Asphalt Mixer
Containerized design of the batch type version of the portable asphalt mixer is manufactured and supplied by Atlas. This is advantageous for road contractors who need a batch type machine but don’t want to compromise on the mobility as well as accuracy factor. It is handy and effective as it solves your purpose of having a proper batch plant which can be installed in a few days and made to run almost anywhere. The requirement for civil foundation is less and machines are capable of producing high quality hot mix asphalt.
All the units are modular and mobile. All chassis are fully mobile with king pin attachment and pneumatic braking. Heavy axles can be provided for long distance travelling. Bag filter which is a pollution control device is also fully mobile. Stationary version of the batch asphalt plant is also available with Atlas up to capacities 260 tph.
