We have various capacities of mobile concrete plants for sale. Our portable concrete plant with reversible drum mixers start from 10 m3/hr. Maximum capacity is 20 m3/hr. We have mobile concrete batch mixers with twin shaft mixers in the capacity 20 m3/hr. to 60 m3/hr.
The customer from Cameroon already owns an asphalt drum mix plant supplied by Atlas at 5 years ago. They were fully satisfied with the machine. We had supplied them. When they have requirement for concrete plant. They decided to go with no other than Atlas.
The mobile concrete plants are range of 10-20 m3/hr. It is come with 4 feeder bins. The design is mobile. It can be pulled by any towing vehicle. This equipment features are PLC type control panel for smooth and easy operation.
Mobile concrete batch mixers are available in the range 20-60 m3/hr. It is come with 4 bin feeder for feeding aggregates and sand. The plant is fold able control cabin. This cabin folds itself into the plant chassis allowing fast assembly and shifting.
Both plants are made to run in less than 24 hours. Both are very accurate when it comes to the weighing part. Load cells used are of reputed make and weighing are accurate. The control panel is with touch screen color display. Concrete plant operator is find easy to operate the panel.
Basic Factor of Concrete Batching Plant Price:
Concrete batching plant price depends on several factors. One of the basic factor that will affect the cost. It is type of concrete plant. The price of mobile concrete plant will usually be less.
- Since a concrete plant is mobile. It will assumed to be compact when compared to stationary concrete plant of same capacity. The plant will compact the weight. It will be less and hence the cost lower. But the general mobile concrete plants will come with accessories like axles, tires, tubes, wheel hubs and wheel rims. which will increase the cost by a bit.
- In the stationary version the feeder bins bigger. The feeder bins are inline. It have big storage capacity. To make bigger feeder bins. We have need to put in more metal.
- The number of conveyors like in stationary plant. There will be usually 2 conveyors. These conveyors are bigger in size. These conveyors have separate stand for erection of the conveyors. Mobile plants have mostly single conveyor in some cases 2 smaller conveyors. These conveyors are usually tucked inside. The mobile concrete plant is chassis.
- The control panel of stationary plant will be housed in a bigger control cabin. Some mobile plants come with control panel mounted on the plant chassis. Some concrete plants are very small and compact control cabin. The cabin is very small. Only 2 people can sit inside.
- The structure surrounding is the mixing unit bigger in case of stationary concrete plant. In the mobile plant the structure of the mixing unit usually. It is not a very high. The platform surrounding the mixing unit in case of the mobile plant. It is a bit smaller. In some concrete plants are mobile type the mixing unit. It is not height. Hence the structure is not need heavy.
- One of the factors it will affect the cost of concrete batching plant. It is the size of mixing unit. The bigger the mixing unit the higher will be the price.
