The requirement for civil works for setting up. This plant is only limited to a ramp. You need to have a hard and leveled ground to install the plant. The design of this machine is simple. But it is noteworthy. It can be erected by using 12 tons of hydra crane. Yes, no special equipment required for installation. Just a simple hydra crane which is available easily will do the job.

The drying drum is coupled with an efficient burner. This burner is low fuel consumption and high on energy efficiency. When the burner is running continuously. You can expect fuel consumption to the range of 4-5 liters of diesel per tons of hot mix asphalt.
