Few months ago we had a customer visiting from Spain with requirement of a counter flow asphalt plant. They wanted to get a decent machine without paying a lot of money. They even had seen other brands new plants which go to sale in the Europe and also used equipment as per their requirement.

Their visit to our factory and having a look at the photos and videos of our equipment was what convinced them that this is what they needed. They also saw the ready designs of the plants before getting convinced about our quality. They were planning a site visit but were convinced looking at the photos and videos of the equipment. The place where this road construction equipment is going to be installed was limited and we had good time planning components at specific places so that the overall package is as per the customer’s requirement. Site layout was given by the customer and that was enough to work on the design part of the machine so that we could make maximum use of the space without any hindrance.
After the layout approval, we started manufacturing the plant and after 4 months the equipment was ready for ex-factory loading. Note that Atlas is one of the very few hot mix plant exporters from India who have managed to get an order from a European country where the norms for construction equipment are very stringent. We had trust in our workforce and had appointed a very experienced agency to help us modify our equipment to suit it as per CE norms. After all we did not want the customer or Atlas to face any problem in future.
The equipment offered to them was with major components like: 4 bin cold ad virgin aggregate feeders, drying drum, pug mill type separate mixing unit, 14 tons RAP feeder to facilitate addition of up to 25% RAP directly into the pug mill mixer with hot oil jacketing, bag filter for pollution control, 2 x 20 tons bitumen tanks, control panel inside control cabin. Control panel supplied was with PLC touch screen display and user friendly software.
