Thermic hot oil heater: Thermic oil heater is for heating bitumen. It is oil heating system for keeping the bitumen in liquid condition. Here the fuel consumption and heating efficiency matters as the oil is heated first. This hot oil will indirectly heat the bitumen once it is circulating from the pipelines.
It’s advantage: The thermic oil heater supplied with our machine is 3 pass type. Customer can expect best heating efficiency and lower fuel consumption. The heating coils used are of reputed make resulting in faster heating and better life of all components. Faster heating time translates to better fuel efficiency numbers. Furnace oil can be used as a fuel with our thermic oil heater, which is a special option not given by many manufacturers of asphalt plants.

Sand blasting: All the components of the asphalt plant are treated to sand blasting prior to the application of paint. Most of the manufacturers from India do not offer plant with sand blasting process. It helps to increase the manufacturing time and machine cost but it has many advantages.
It’s advantage: It will remove corrosion from the raw material prior to paint. The surface to be painted is very smooth before the start of paint application. Paint applied after the process of sand blasting will stick better. Paint will last longer and will not peel off easily. This gives the plant material better coating in harsh weather. We use PU paint for better and durable paint quality.

Bag filter: Elliptical shaped bags for bag filter are used. Cages are capsule type. Due to the shape. They provide highest filtration area here. We use 550 gsm virgin material for maximum cleaning efficiency. Bag filter maintenance is easy with the new improved design.
It’s advantage: Maximum filtration area possible due to oval design of the bags. Best material used for the bags. This helps to achieve highest cleaning efficiency. It is possible to adhere to stringent environment norms. Longer bags ensure more savings to customers as bags don’t need to be changed often.

Skid foundation: Skid mounted design is one of the key highlight of this ABP 180 plant. It is a standard arrangement provided by Atlas.
