60-90 tph mobile drum mix asphalt plant export to Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC)
We are immensely happy to deliver our equipment to this beautify country Democratic Republic of Congo. Our interaction with the customer was deep and we had to understand their points and work accordingly. When we agreed the scope of the plant was finally set as per the customers need. They had to achieve a production of 60-90 tph and our drum mix asphalt plant with mobile configuration fitted their bill.
The high performance machine is for flexibility, mobility and optimum performance at a very attractive price point. Key components of the drum mix mobile asphalt plant offered:
The major components of mobile drum mix plant supplied to customer include:
- Cold aggregate feeder bins of total storage 44 tons
- Single deck vibrating screen for oversized material removal.
- Slinger conveyor and drying and mixing drum
- Drying and mixing drum supplied with diesel / heavy oil burner
- Dry dust collector and wet dust collector for pollution control.
- Mineral storage hopper
- 30,000 liters fuel tank for drum burner
- 30,000 liters bitumen storage tank with burner
- Load out conveyor with GOB hopper for unloading of mix material into trucks.
- PLC based control panel housed inside a cabin.
Apart from this a bitumen decanter of capacity 2 to 2.5 tph was provided along with the asphalt plant the bitumen drum decanter was containerized design. A total of three generators were supplied with the plant for use and operation of the plant and drum decanter.
It is worth noting that the plant components provided are fully mobile and suitably mounted on one or two axles with pneumatic braking system for each axle. Trailer towing pins were also provided for each chassis. Proper mobile plant comes with internal wiring on each chassis with junction box on each chassis.
