45 m3/hr. mobile concrete plant helping construction company

Customer’s requirement was for medium sized portable concrete batch plant which was easy and hazzle free to move.

Understanding the customer’s requirement for this was important.

We offered them our 45 m3/hr. mobile concrete batch plant with a twin shaft mixer. Customer visited our existing plant sites and were happy with the product. They also took feedback from existing customers that are using the product since long time.

It is offered with 4 aggregate bins, silo for cement and fly ash and a compact chassis structure.

The entire plant was transported into 1 x 40 open top + 2 x 40 ft. containers meaning less transportation costs.

The offered plant is complete in all aspects and designed to produce a wide mix of ready mix concrete.

Control panel offered is PLC type with SCADA for remote trouble shooting facility.

We sent two technicians for hassle free installation of the machine. Installation and trial run of the machine was offered to the outmost satisfaction of the customer.
